How to place my order?
Since this website don't have the facilty of Online payment via Checkout, you need to place your order in the "PLACE ORDER HERE" tab in the main menu.

You need to fill in the Name, Email, Phone and Subject.

In the message box, you have to mention the Product Codes of your order.This is mandatory.

Once done please click on Send button.
Once done, we will contact you immediately to the phone number given by you.
What are your delivery options?
If within Kolkata, we will carry out the delivery via our internal courier system and the mode of payment will be "Cash on Delivery".
Whereas in case of outside Kolkata, we will provide our bank details, once the payment done online, we will dispatch the product via external reliable courier and will share the track id.
How do I return an item?
You need to contact our customer care number to raise a ticket to report any kind of discrepency or issue with the product.
What is your returns policy?
You can place your return request online, in the above form if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state.Or you can contact us directly to our customer care number to report the issue.
